Fully funded collections are fulfilled within 48 hours. bhuru charges a 10% fee on the amount raised at delivery — contributors chip in what they see, the organiser's bill receives the rest. Contributions are non-refundable; if a collection closes early or is taken down, whatever was raised is paid to the organiser's bill.
